The internet is everywhere and transforming how consumers make purchasing decisions. Our Rate Shopping tool allows you to compare the prices of your competitors on different platforms and to create reports to visually display this information. All the information is colour coded and many of the reports are interactive so that you can always look for more in key areas of interest. It is also designed to prompt you when there are any rate changes or availability alerts, enabling you to spot any issues more quickly.
Our reports can be done as raw data, rate grids, graphs, maps and location, index reports and volatility reports and can all be printed and shared

Travelbook offers all of our hotels a personalized mobile app, available for free downloading from the App store for IOS devices and Google play store for Android.
The app can act as a points loyalty scheme, where every purchase a guest makes within the hotel will earn them points, their points will then equate to an amount that they can redeem against further purchases within the hotel.
Built into the App is our booking engine which is connected to our Central Reservations System, encouraging your guests to re book whilst ensuring you are not affecting rate parity with any other channels.
Additional to the above, the app user will have the facility to view the hotels menus, room information, contact details including concierge and also the ability to send and receive messages to / from the hotel.
CRM APPThe Travelbook Group also offer the CRM App which allows our Hotel App users to easier manage their App Bookings.
Once our hotels have logged in with their user ID and Password they will be able to see:
- Any guest that has booked
- Any requests that those guests have made
The CRM App also gives our users the possibility to message the guests directly to their phone through the app.
